It’s that time of year again — exams are done (or nearly done), but there’s still a month of term left.
Some teachers report a dip in attendance during this final stretch, with students or parents assuming there’s “nothing left to work towards.”
You could launch straight into preparing for the next exam — and for some students, that’s the right choice. But this “in-between” time is also a brilliant opportunity: a chance to build skills, experiment with different styles, and rediscover the fun of performance without exam pressure.
Let’s share ideas on how to make this period energising and valuable — for us, our students, and their parents.
Our June Meet-Up will focus on:
• Creative and purposeful activities for the post-exam period
• How to keep students engaged (and learning!)
• Ways to sell this time to parents so they see the value in continuing
• An open Q&A to share challenges and ideas
